In this case, there is some interesting technical information in the gray box. The other fields need to be entered as follows:
The Name field should be set to something descriptive of the software being installed. In this example we simple call it zope.
Leave Autostart unchecked.
The Extra Info field is for your administrator password that you will use when logging into Plone. In this example, mypassword is used.
