This steps really brings together the parts you have already just put in. The application (Zope) + the domain (www.mydomain.com).
To start the process, click the Domains / websites button,and select the Websites from the drop-down menu as follows:
You will now have the Websites screen looking like this:
The first time in, you will see no websites. Click the control with the green + to proceed to the entry forms.
