At this point a confirmation screen appears, as shown next:

The only thing left to do is to refresh the view of the Plone site itself in the other browser window or tab.
When you look at the right hand side of the site, on the personal bar, there will only be the Log In hyper-link.
That's it. If you want to allow users to join after you are done with the site design, just reverse this process.
